I had one that was crumbly enough to dismantle and find the sploded Chongx brand cap, not that it's worthwhile... Curious if that works as a thermal paste or as a sweater.

I don't think anything waterproofed that way can be externally cooled.

Guy, no, this is for the low voltage LED lighting in the yard. The company sent a new unit and it's working.
