Howdy! First post here. I love the sound of the Z Wreck Synergy module, but would love to have a hardwired, more future proof (not sure how long the company will be around, would rather have technology that isn’t brand dependent), and only have the features I want.
Looking through the module itself, I see some of the magic is coming from the module’s PI driving a small Triad Magnetics TF5S21ZZ SP-66 transformer to emulate the output tubes/transformer interaction.
I don’t have any build experience. Little bits of knowledge I’ve gathered from curiosity. Would anybody on here want to take a stab at recreating this preamp module (including the output 12AX7 buffer/gain recovery section of the SYN2 with low impedance 1/4” outputs?
To sweeten the pot, I will gladly pay a decent amount of $ for said preamp (obviously), and let you keep the Z Wreck Synergy preamp for free.
