I have noticed that there quite few different Ampeg B15 amp circuits. I was wondering which model was the more sought after?
Completely aside, I also noticed Trinity do a kit for one with two different preamps in it. I bought my brother the Ceriatone version some years ago but the Trinity version looks better.

Perhaps Mark has a Scottish accent?

Thanks Martin, much appreciated. My brother has a Ceriatone Aunt Peg B-15 clone which is more of less the B-15NC. It has a noise issue where it’s noisier in cathode bias mode than fixed bias mode.martin manning wrote: ↑Wed Dec 27, 2023 1:40 pm Reverb article: https://reverb.com/news/the-golden-age- ... -1960-1980

I will probably post about it later. I have to work through all the obvious stuff first.
