Half ground loop?

I'm rebuilding/restoring an old beat up JTM45/TR, had to do this weird thing on the ground bus.

It looks like an area for a tiny manager to stand and oversee the work.
Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

I see little half-loops like that on schematics all the time. I always thought it meant that wires cross with no connection. I learned something today. Thanks! :wink:

Anyway.....did you hear about the guy who wouldn't sell his house so they built the motorway around it? Well it's sort off similar situation here.
