Sadly, it would appear (from some postings on Facebook D-clone pages) that Shad's last few years haven't been kind ones. A number of DWI (drunk driving) incidents and so forth. It sure sounds like he's hit rock bottom, which is sad for anyone.
I'm betting that even if you could officially locate him, I'm betting he doesn't have the assets to seize to pay back the many customers he left hanging.
