Heyboer yes. The output and choke are correct. The power transformer is titled Selmer and makes me wonder. What is the voltage at the standby switch in play mode?

It says Selmer, but it also has the Heyboer EIA (manufacturer) code on it. Email that photo to Heyboer. I expect they will tell you what you want to know.

I wrte Heyboer and sent them pictures here is what I got back :

...Yes, this is one we did for Metro Amp , he worked it with Dave Friedman . was a power trans for his dirtly shirly 50. close to Selmer spec so he called it Selmer PT.
the voltage is up higher then normal JTM45 PT.
usual its 330-0-330 or so at 200mA. this one is 370-0-370 at 200mA . 5v @ 3Amp and 6.3 VCT @ 5 Amp. Primary is orange-0, red-120, blue-220, violet -240
hope that helps. thanks, Phil,,,

Does this explain why this amp tends to overdrive very quickly and would it work better in a 50 watt plexy context ? Currently in a JTM45 clone with KT66s 8K OT
