Buying from Weber

Post by passfan »

Every time I try to buy something from Weber they send me an invoice telling me to wait for a paypal total with shipping and it never comes. I get no response from them whatsoever. What's the trick?

Or you could contact Weber and find out. They respond fairly quickly.

On the main page there's a couple of banners abouts problems with certain browsers and no response to AOL addresses.

Yea , no luck with any of those suggestions. Can't get a response, I use firefox and verizon. I get their emails and then the "black Hole treatment".

Have you tried "gasp" calling them.I've only ordered a couple things from them but they were very friendly and helpful.

I've only ordered three times and each time was a success story, not sure what is going on in you case.

It's been a while since I ordered from Weber. I haven't placed an order since Ted died. His son, T. A., who apparently worked at Ted's side for many years took over, so I am not imaging a big change. I always got my stuff promptly. The only problem I ever had was a couple of missing washers for pots one time and they sent them right along in an envelope by USPS 1st class mail, no questions asked.

Try making a phone call. That should get you squared up.

Maybe your ISP is sending them to your spam box?

I've been buying Weber speakers for a long time, probably 15 years. I live in the UK and I've never had a serious problem. Once a pair of C10N's didn't show up. After three weeks, Ted sent another pair (for free) which arrived in due course. The first pair arrived a week later, crushed flat like a truck had run over them. Not Webers fault, but they made it all good. I've dealt with them a lot since Ted's pasing too, always the same service, good. Just got 4 sig 10's for a Super Reverb build a couple of weeks ago, all good.

I've never had a problem with them, even on recent orders.
