Gibson-Maestro GA-1RT Transformer?

Post by 67supertrem »

Who made GA-1RT power transformer?
Numbers marked on the case are:
996617
GA 5TP
I assume this is a Gibson part number and model number.
Need to find out input and wires?
2 Blacks, 1 White/Orange, 2 Greens, 2 Reds, 2 Yellows.
Any information would be great.

From my experience with my GA-5T PT, The black wires are the primary, the green wires are heaters, the red's are the secondary. The remaining wires are unknown to me, but the yellow is possibly the 5v rectifier supply and the white/orange the PT center tap. I've attached a schem i found for that amp although you probably already have seen it...

Thanks,

Andy
