Omar - file size attachment limit reached.

Hey Omar,

Thanks so much for this new forum. I tried to attach a file this am and get the following message:

"Sorry, but the maximum filesize for all Attachments is reached. Please contact the Board Administrator if you have questions."

The attachment was only ~150kb. Let us know when its corrected.

That's strange. The maximum file size is 5MB. I also checked your account and you are not even close to your quota. Maybe try and log off and log back on.

This happened to me too, over the weekend. I have never posted any attachment here, and the one I tried was 43K. It seems to be server-side, not profile-specific.

I agree with Michael Omar. I think the total for ALL the attachments on the forum is the limit, not an individuals limit. Anyway, I did just try after logging off and back on again. Same error message. Good Luck with this!!

I can setup some hosting space that we can use to host images and files and what not. Let me know if you would like to do this.

Sorry guys! It is now fixed. I wasn't thinking when I set the board up and limited the total size of all attachments to 100MB. I thought that setting meant 100MB per user.

Total size is now up to 1GB and can be adjusted as needed.
