HAD Modded Princeton - Project

Post by m.alexander »

Using as a base the post, HAD Modded Princeton, I used as a base an old amplifier from the year 67, copy of the modified fender bassman, manufactured in Brazil. still missing the bias circuit, to take advantage of the chassis and make the assembly more practical, I decided to separate the rectification and bias circuit

doesn't look much like a Princeton anymore :) is that 4x 6l6's ? 100w princeton?

it's like a small special rather than a Princeton, no?

A Princeton has to have BIAS Trem, Reverb and cathodyne p.i. IMHO :)

edit just followed the link back to 2012 with all the info :)

The 5F2 didn't have any of them.....

I guess you mean a Princeton REVERB has to have all 3?

Thanks for the pointer!

I guess this one https://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18363 deserves some place in the files section... 8)
