Does someone know more details in regard to this amp?

Cheers,

Steel String Singer #001 (combo) 100W.

AFAIR without a "deep" switch, still with the "guitar/mic" switch and an addtional all tube frequency vibrato (as in a Surf Box e. g.), 15" speaker (if JBL or Altec I am no longer sure):

Pre od trimmer resistor's colors read 120k
V1B coupling cap is smaller than 05uf.Looks like 02uf to me.
different fb resistors too,

Max you know if this has a classic stack...The board hints at it (100k slope .047 mid/ transition amp before skyliner)...Thanks!!
Hi Tony,

can you read the value of the mid cap ( I can't) or do you know from its size that it is a .047? Or why else did Brandon post in this thread

http://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=81594#81594

that #093 is a low plate classic and not a low plate skyline like #124 (see the attached picture of #93 you have posted and the #124 picture from Rob Livesey’s page)?

Cheers,

Max

Max,

You can clearly see the slope resistor and that the midcap is the same length as the bass cap. This indicates .05uf. No way that the midcap is a .01, it is too long. I do have pics of a .02uf midcap amp btw. The .02 is shorter too.

Scott,

thanks a lot, I understand.

And because the treble cap obviously isn't the usual "classic" 330pF ceramic, Brandon did conclude "low plate classic, but with mid boost". Did I understand this right?

It must be a low plate, cause the cathode resistors are clearly 1K5,
are we sure those pictures are taken from #93?
Interesting amp, might be the last one with the Accent switch
