Hey all,
First post here, thanks for all the information you’ve all added here that I’ve been able to learn from.
In fall I built my first amp a ceriatone plexi all access and before it was finished I had bought parts for this build - thanks Ryan.
Almost two years ago I got into building pedals (again thanks to Ryan C) as a way to learn more about electronics and improve soldering skills. Before that I’ve built 3 guitars, before that tinkering on my guitars, and ultimately the goal was amp Building and so here I am.
I’m getting close to complete on this one but wanted to
Document it, and ask for help identifying any mistakes or lead dressing before I get to the power up process.

Hey Matt,
Welcome!
Not sure if those solder joints are final yet (I suspect not) but you may want to completely fill the eyelets with solder. It makes inspection a lot easier
Are you using a 220K or 120K reverb mix resistor? I can't make out whether it's brown/red/yellow or red/red/yellow. There was some speculation as it's noted on the layout as 120K but has been confirmed to be 220K.

Hi, great looking build! Is that a 1/2 watt resistor on the last cap on the Power supply board? I would go with a larger resistor there.

Hey soldering the board isn’t complete yet, I’ll touch those up once I’ve added all the wires.ijedouglas wrote: ↑Fri Apr 08, 2022 5:24 pm Hey Matt,

I’ll post pictures once I’ve got that!
I went with 220k for now, and I’ll see how I like it. Not a big deal to swap that resistor
Re: Wonderland/JM sig build
Hey it is, I was told that’s what dumble did and that it gets warm but not hot. I’m thinking I might go with a 3watt before firing it up. Thanks for pointing that out.
Re: Wonderland/JM sig build
Wondering if any one has pictures/advice for running grounds from the power board over to the send jack of the fx loop?
Would like to see some clean ways of accomplishing it! The mustard yellow wires I’ve drawn in here.

Re: Wonderland/JM sig build
Cool, I have tried both and I think 220K is correct. I think Ryan C confirmed as well.
