I just picked up Vox Amplifiers The JMI Years. The thing is huge (the price reflects that). Definitely something for the reference library. Here's the books website and a review link:

There's two versions of the book. Not sure if they're still making the deluxe copy, but that version comes with an additional folder of schematics. I just have the standard.

Where did you find the deluxe version? I had to settle for the regular one.
