One meter lead connected to Pins 4-5, the other to Pin 9. But there is no need to try this now since the measurements you’ve already taken tell us that the heaters are wired and working correctly.

I heard that it is possible to lower B plus voltage on a transformer but I would have to install some big , high wattage resistor, right? I think the way it’s drawn in the layout in the third post in this thread is correct.
