also put fuses in primary (2AT) and high voltage secondary (0.8-1AT after 1.st cap Ub+ to the output transformer) to protect the transformer in case of some incident or short

Congratulations!
I dont want to be a partybreaker, but lamination stack looks little bit small (thin)....

Just measure the current (primary, secondaries) and temperature after one hour in use if the curents are normal....
If the transformer is not hot, then is ok

They are open, as in infinite Ohms... Can't believe they are burnt. That should have shown. So somewhere in the coil there is breakages, right? Too hard handling of the wires? Did I pull them too hard? I did handle them carefully. Very strange, this is first time in my life to hear that.. ok heater...

strange that heaters are burnt, maybe integrated fuse inside? the other voltages are live?

probably short circuit with the chassis, but also wrong type of bolt is used.. need to be "flat" head

almost impossible that the heater wires are burned.. they are thickest ones.. 0% chance..chk better what is there

disconnect pt and try all trafo voltages " in the air", after you change some burned fuses or so

with the radial snap ins there is a lot of choice..im using mostly Nichicon or UCC.. with axials not so much...
