There are a lot of good soldering station out there.
Depending on budget ofc.
I have a JBC BT-2BQA. Temp adjustment and is soldering ready in less than 3sec. It has a active tip and powers down when in station to avoid burning your tip.

The one Rootz probably is talking about; #189 with a trimmer on the mid pot. The amp is unverified as a Ripper model.

The Layout shows 5 terminals on the can cap. Why? The gut shot you posted of #002 is very blurry and pixelated, and the two large resistors block all but one terminal.
