In Google Chrome if you go to the MEF page and it comes up with the certificate warning, if you click anywhere on the page and then type the following info "thisisunsafe" without the quotes and press enter, it will let you in for around a week or so when you would need to do it again. I have read multiple times on this forum and other forums that the preamp should be grounded at the input jack. I have posted about this previously. I am the outlier here.
