Re: Leslie 110s, a pair in PA
Ha ha.
I see they are already gone now. No surprise, that is a no brainer deal if you were close enough.

Leslie 110s, a pair in PA
Someone in PA/NJ needs to jump on this, 2 Leslie 110s for $100, for both! A horizontal version of the Leslie 18, which is a 12” version of the vibratone, so they are superior, other than you do need to make a switching system and add a 1/4” jack. No relation to the seller. Had this been in my area, ...

Re: PSA Hammond transformer blowout
It’s pretty much on Mouser for allowing a new account to be set up with the same address as an existing account, and then shipping something with a payment account that isn’t tied to the person. Because he (and I, a probably most people on amp garage) has an account that the order was sent to, they ...

Re: PSA Hammond transformer blowout
Looks like this is a chargeback scam. A friend of mine who also bought some trannies got contacted by mouser. The person behind the eBay account opened up a new account under their name and address and purchased the items, then withdrew payment somehow (fake/stolen CC account?). Mouser is wanting th...

Re: Someone has to say it..
Merry Christmas. Mine has kinda sucked so far as I’ve been suffering with COVID since last week Friday, but seemed to have rounded the corner. Hope to be good enough to enjoy opening presents with the family tomorrow.

Re: subective "Ice Pick" frequency
Speakers with enough doping can tame icepick. And way back when, when I did some EL34 tube rolling on my 1959 (half clone? It’s actually a reissue SLP that I made into a 1967 ish circuit PTP with an OBSOLETE electronics OT), I found the old original Svetlana’s had an icepicky ness to them that other...

One out for delivery today, and one to be delivered tomorrow. So unless they are empty boxes, looks to be legit.

Re: PSA Hammond transformer blowout
Ordered a pt and OT for a home brew amp I want to make for a Leslie 125…been looking forever for a cheap (<$100) donor PA amp for this purpose, but at this price, getting what I want would be better, assuming I get them that is.

Re: 1971 Super Six Reverb
Soundman issues aside, it was a nice gig. The seasonably cool and overcast weather made it perfect for playing, as opposed to sweating my balls off. The Super Six performed awesomely.

Re: Music Electronics Forum
I have no idea on how this computer Mumbo jumbo works (magic?) but I notice that the pre Music Electronics forum (Ampage.org) is online and searchable. Can the same thing be done with the Music Electronics forum? (Asking for a dummy)
